Students: tell a parent or another adult you trust. You can also write to us yourself.

How can I contact PrepBanz?
Send us a message with the form on this page, or email hello@prepbanz.com. We don't have a phone line at the moment.
I've lost my class code. What now?
Ask your tutor. They can send you the invite link or the code again.
Can PrepBanz help me find students or a tutor?
No. PrepBanz is where tutors teach the students they already have. We don't match tutors with families.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete it?
Parents can download their data or ask for their account to be erased in their privacy settings. Anyone can send a privacy request with the form, or email hello@prepbanz.com with the subject "Privacy request".
How do I cancel a course?
Our Refund and cancellation policy explains how cancelling and refunds work, and our Pricing page has the short version. For anything else, send us a message and choose Billing.
