Every parent asks the same three things. PrepBanz keeps the answers up to date, so you can check whenever you like.

Did they go?

Attendance is recorded automatically at every live class, so you can see which lessons they joined.

How are they doing?

You see each mark once their tutor has checked and released it, and their progress across the course.

Can I talk to the tutor?

Yes. Message the tutor directly in PrepBanz, and they reply there.

The facts are always there. The conversations are still yours.

Check attendance and results whenever suits you, and talk to the tutor when a question, a concern or a meeting deserves a real conversation.

Your login comes with their sign-up.

There's nothing for you to set up. Your child's tutor invites them, and your access follows once they add your email.

  1. Your child joins their class.

    They sign up with their tutor's invite link or class code, and give your email address as their parent.

  2. You sign in as a parent.

    On the PrepBanz login page, choose Parent and sign in with the one-time code we send you.

  3. You see their courses.

    Attendance, released marks and your messages with the tutor, for your child only.

Tuition stays with your tutor.

You pay their fees exactly as you do now.

A monthly platform fee per course, paid to PrepBanz.

US$15 a month for one course, and less per course when your child takes more.

  • Every course renews on the 1st, part months are charged by the day, and you can cancel any time.

Parent questions.

How do I get my parent account?

It's linked to your child's account. When they join their tutor's class and add your email address as their parent, your parent access is set up for you.

How do I sign in?

Choose Parent on the PrepBanz login page, or open the PrepBanz app, and enter the one-time code we send you.

When will I see my child's results?

As soon as their tutor has checked and released them. You'll get a notification when they're ready.

How will I hear about classes and announcements?

Through in-app notifications and email, for things like upcoming classes, deadlines and released results. Important announcements from the tutor come to you on WhatsApp.

Can I message the tutor?

Yes. Send a message in PrepBanz and the tutor replies there. It's the easiest place to ask a question or arrange a time to talk.

Do I pay the tutor through PrepBanz?

No. You pay your tutor's fees as you do now. PrepBanz charges its own monthly platform fee per course.

What if my child stops lessons?

You can cancel a course any time. It stays open until the end of the month you've paid for.

Is my child's information private?

Yes. Parents see only their own child, card payments go through Stripe, and our Trust and safety page explains how we look after your data.
