Each course's price depends on how many courses the student takes in total, with any of their tutors. Take more and every course costs less.

From three courses there's no limit: every course stays at US$10, so six courses are US$60 and ten are US$100.
Counted across all tutors. A student taking five courses with three different tutors pays US$50 a month in total.
Per student, not per family. Brothers and sisters each have their own course count and their own price.

No surprises on the 1st.

Everything renews on the 1st.Join partway through a month and you pay only for the days left, then the monthly price from the 1st.
Adding a course.A new course gets your new course rate straight away. Courses you've already paid for keep this month's price, and from the next 1st all your active courses use the new rate.
Keep going after the trial.Add a card to carry on. You pay for the rest of that month, then the monthly price from the 1st.
Nothing until class starts.Join a class that hasn't begun yet, and nothing is charged until it does.
Cancel any time.Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the course stays open until the end of the period you've paid for. Unused days aren't refunded automatically; our Refund policy explains when a refund may apply, including your rights under local consumer law.
A little time to put things right.If a payment fails, you have three days to complete it before access to that course is paused. Pay the outstanding amount and it opens again.
Paid by card, through Stripe.PrepBanz covers the card processing fees, so you never pay a surcharge.

A course paid for part of a month earns by the days paid, so half a month earns US$2.50.

Each earning can be withdrawn 15 days after the family's payment, once you have at least US$10 available.
Withdraw through Stripe.
Payouts go to your bank through Stripe, where payouts are available in your country. PrepBanz doesn't charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider charges may apply, and they come out of the amount you receive.
Only paid days earn.
Free trial days aren't paid, so they don't earn. If a payment is disputed or reversed, its earning is adjusted under our earnings policy.
Free to teach. AI included.
Your AI tools come with an included usage allowance. If you need more, you can buy extra credits. Your regular teaching tools stay free.

Why is PrepBanz free for tutors?
Families pay the platform fee, and US$5 of each paid course's monthly fee goes to the tutor. Tutors never pay a subscription or a setup fee.
Do tutors pay for AI tools?
AI tools come with an included usage allowance. If you use it up, you can buy extra credits. If you don't, only the AI features that use credits pause; your courses, live classes, students and every other teaching tool keep working.
Does PrepBanz take a share of my tuition?
No. You keep all the tuition you collect, paid to you the way it is today. PrepBanz never collects it.
How do the course prices work?
Each course is priced by how many courses the student takes in total, with any of their tutors: US$15 for one, US$12.50 each for two and US$10 each for three or more, with no upper limit. A course you add partway through a month gets the new rate straight away, and the rest move to it from the next 1st. The price is the same with every tutor, and brothers and sisters are priced separately.
What counts as an enrolment?
One student in one course. A student in two of your courses is two enrolments.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. If your card is in pounds, dirhams or Australian dollars, your bank converts the amount when you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Each student's first course starts with 15 days free, and you don't need a card to start it. It's one trial per student, so courses added later don't get another.
What happens if a payment fails?
You have three days to complete it, and the course stays open in the meantime. After that, access to the course pauses until the outstanding amount is paid.
