Does it cost anything?

There are two separate costs. Your tutor's tuition fee is agreed with your tutor and paid to them. PrepBanz charges its own monthly platform fee for each course, which you'll see before you join, and your first course starts with a 15-day free trial.

Do I need to download anything?

No. PrepBanz runs in your web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, and there's also the PrepBanz app.

I've lost my class code. What now?

Ask your tutor. They can send you the invite link or the code again.

Can I join more than one class?

Yes. Use Join New Class with each code your tutor gives you.

Who can see my marks?

You and your tutor, and your parent if they're connected to your account. Other students can't.

Why can't I see my mark yet?

Your tutor releases results once they've checked them. You'll get a notification when they're ready.

How will I hear about classes and deadlines?

In the app and by email, when a class is coming up, new work is set, a deadline is near or your results are released. Important announcements from your tutor come on WhatsApp.

Do I need to add a parent's email?

Not always. If you add one, your parent gets a login of their own to follow your attendance and released results.
